Every provider on Coins Lantern is scored against the same fixed, weighted criteria - never a case-by-case judgment call. This page shows exactly what we measure, how much each factor counts, and why.

Scoring Criteria

Our Data Sources

Scores are built on information drawn from a provider's own published terms and fee pages, official statements, and independent reporting where it exists. Any facts shown in a review's "at a glance" table get refreshed as part of our regular content updates.

Update Cadence

Reviews are refreshed periodically to catch fee changes, policy updates, and incidents. The exact "Updated" date on each review reflects when it was last checked, not when the provider itself last changed.
